When seriously considering both restriction and thermal performance, the XSPC Raystorm is my best to date….amazing!
The acrylic hold down may not be for everyone, but it does hit the nail on the head in performance and hopeful does so without too much cost.
The Rasa was an extremely popular block due to it’s price/performance ratio, while I don’t know what the Raystorm price will be, it definitely has top block performance and a unique new look for you to consider adding to your next water cooling shopping cart.
 
Low restriction, excellent performance, this block is a definate winner
