Cut off times:

Cut off time for same day shipping is 3pm Monday to Friday

All orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day


We are now offering Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery for smaller items up to 2.0kg in weight. All packages are automatically insured to £32.00. If your order value exceeds that, we strongly recommend you select Special Delivery, or Parcelforce.

Up to 750g is £3.25 + VAT

750g-1kg is £3.75 + VAT

1kg-1.5kg is £5.80 + VAT

1.5kg-2.0kg is £7.20 + VAT

Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery is not a trackable service. Although many parcels are delivered next working day, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If your order is urgent, or needed by a definate date, we would Strongly recommend using the Parcel Force, or Royal Mail special delivery service to avoid any disappointment. Royal Mail allow up to 15 days to deliver any 1st class items before it can be classed as lost, and a claim made

For guaranteed delivery times we will be using Royal Mail Parcelforce courier, and Royal Mail Special Delivery services

You can select your delivery option via the drop down menu during checkout.

Please be aware that all deliverys are based on working days. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Orders shipped on the 24 hour service Friday, are due for delivery Monday.

Orders placed before cut off time will be shipped the same day. During exceptionally busy periods ie Christmas, we may allow a further 24 hours before shipping.

We will send a confirmation email once the order has been packed for shipping giving tracking details.

If you are unavailable on the delivery date, Parcel Force will leave a card and return the parcel back to your local depot, or Post Office where you will be able to collect.

Once the parcel has been despatched, it can only be delivered to the address specified on the order. Unfortunately due to the cost of re-direction we are unable to authorise once the order has been shipped.

Please note there are no collections, or deliverys on weekends/Bank holidays for standard Parcel Force deliveries. Saturday delivery is available as an option on checkout
