Payment Methods


All website payments are processed using the Worldpay, or Paypal secure online payment system. This means your personal information and credit card details are completely safe.

When completing payment via the Worldpay system, please ensure the following details are entered accurately:

The invoice address matches the address on the card holders statement.

The 3 digit security number is entered correctly.

Many cards now use an additional code to verify the transaction. If you do have a pin number for either Mastercard, or Visa please enter when asked if you would like to verify the transaction.

We do use a pre-authorisation system. This enables to to confirm the payment details, and ensure the products are available and ready to ship prior to completing the transaction.

Should we be unable to complete the transaction for any reason, the pre-authorisation will remain for 5 working days. After that it will be automatically cancelled.

Having had a lot of requests for payment via Paypal, we have now added this option to our website.

We can now accept Paypal payments from verified accounts only.

If your Paypal account is non UK, or unverified, please select Worldpay as your payment option.

Please note, that in order to comply with Paypal terms, we can normally only ship to the users registered address.
