The Ultra Series features a patent-pending design of the fins. In every corner of every fin, a winglet is created. This bending of the corners creates an increased air pressure and in return decreases air resistance, so even with a low RPM fan you get massive air flow through the fins. The user can attach any 120mm fan or 92mm fan (depending on cooler) and watch those high CPU temperatures go way down. With a low fan RPM, the cooler is extremely quiet but performance remains, which is what you would expect from a high-end CPU cooler.

The cooler uses four dual heatpipe that act as eight, for a maximum heat transfer! But that’s not all, due to the winglet design mentioned earlier; it also has massive surface area. All these features translates into more cooling power than any other Thermalright CPU cooler.

Compatibility
The coolers are compatible with Intel LGA775 or AMD S754/939 motherboards. It is recommended that you look at the Motherboard Compatibility Information for further information.

Customers who would like to use one of these coolers with a AMD AM2 motherboard then the optional AM2 Kit is required.
