Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit, and debit cards via the RBS Worldpay secure payment system, and payments via Paypal verified accounts.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We offer Royal Mail 1st class, recorded, and special delivery for lighter orders up to 2kg. Parcelforce, and UPS are our current courier services for heavier, more valuable orders.

Delivery starts from just 90p + VAT for your small items ie barbs, and thermal pastes.

Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery for smaller items up to 2.0kg in weight. All packages are automatically insured to £38.00. If your order value exceeds that, we would recommend you select Special Delivery, or Parcelforce which is not only a guaranteed service, but is automatically fully insured against loss, or damage.

Royal Mail First Class delivery is not a trackable service. Although many parcels are delivered next working day, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If your order is urgent, or needed by a definate date, we would strongly recommend using the Parcel Force, or Royal Mail special delivery service to avoid any disappointment. Although rare, the Post Office do allow up to 15 working days for delivery

Please be aware that all deliverys are based on working days. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Orders placed before cut off time will be shipped the same day. During exceptionally busy periods ie Christmas, we may allow a further 24 hours before shipping.

We will send a confirmation email once the order has been packed for shipping giving tracking details.

If you are unavailable on the delivery date, Parcel Force, and Royal Mail will leave a card and return the parcel back to your local depot, or Post Office where you will be able to collect.

Once the parcel has been despatched, it can only be delivered to the address specified on the order. Unfortunately due to the cost of re-direction we are unable to authorise once the order has been shipped.

Please note there are no collections, or deliverys on weekends/Bank holidays for standard Parcel Force deliveries.

Currently we are accepting orders from the UK and Ireland.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security:
For maximum security for our customers, all website payments are processed using either RBS Worldpay, or Paypal secure online payment systems.

The invoice address matches the address on the card holders statement, the credit card 3 digit security number is entered correctly. If you are using either verify by visa, or Mastercard secure code, it will prevent many payment problems if you verify the transaction.

Should you wish to have your order delivered to an alternative address, please ensure both the invoice address, and the Worldpay payment is completed using the card holders address. Failure to do this may result in your order being refused. We may also decline your order if the delivery address cannot be verified.

Using an alternative delivery address may cause delays in shipping your order due to additional security checks being carried out.

The confirmation/receipt of order email of your order does not constitute our acceptance of your order. This is only an acknowledgement that your requested order has been received.

No payment is accepted until the payment method is verified and goods are ready to ship.

NB:

As all payments are pre-authorised by the issuing bank, should we be unable to complete your order for any reason, you will find the funds will not be available to you for approximately 5 working days. After this period, the pre-authorisation is automatically cancelled.

Paypal:

We currently only accept payment from verified accounts, with confirmed addresses.
Guarantee The company warrants all items for 12 months from date of purchase, further manufacturers warranty may apply. Where products are supported by a manufacturers warranty, the purchaser accepts an obligation to process their claim directly with the manufacturer.

Compatability

We are unable to guarantee compatability of any products with another. It is the customers responsibility to confirm this prior to purchase.

Liability

PC components, and water cooling products are designed to be fitted professionally. We are not liable for any damage, or subsequential damage caused by either incorrect fitment, or leaks.

We highly recommend you carry out a 24/48 hour leak test prior to powering up your PC, and a system is fitted to monitor flow, and system temperatures.

We are liable for replacement, repair, or credit of faulty products.

We are not liable for any other loss or damage caused by the supply of goods, including indirect, or consequential loss.

We do ask you to carefully check the contents of your order, and any damaged, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. After this period we will assume all items are correct, and undamaged.

No liability we will accepted for any claim after this period.

Returns Policy Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation, the customer has the right to cancel an order within one week of delivery. In accordance with legal provisions personalised items, unsealed software or audio and products containing an activation key are exempt. The customer is expected to take good care of all items and not use them, any goods not returned in an 'as new' condition may be refused. In order to meet the one week deadline, mailing the cancellation notice within that time frame is sufficient. When returning non-faulty goods under the Distance Selling Regulations,return costsare the customers responsibilty, and delivery costs may not be refunded. All refunds will be processed using the details supplied on origional purchase.

Returns

If you feel you have a faulty product, please read our returns policy below.

An RMA number must be obtained prior to return a product you feel is faulty.

If you are satisfied that your product is faulty, you must request an RMA number by phone before the product can be returned. You will then be contacted with your RMA number within 2 working days. The RMA number must be displayed clearly on the packaging, items without a valid RMA number will be refused. The purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred in returning the product. Returned items MUST be complete with origional packaging and all cables, manuals, software, and drivers. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss or damage. The company cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit, irrespective of whether they are faulty. If the returned product tests faulty, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.

All faulty items must be returned for testing, we are unable to offer advance replacement.

If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. Any modifications or damage to the product will void any warranty. Should the product prove not to be defective, the purchaser will incurr £10.00 testing fee plus return carriage costs. These will be charged against the debit/credit card used on the origional purchase.

Credit

The vendor will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised, and the goods are received with original packaging, software and the vendor reserves the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. A Full Credit will only be given on items returned within 30 Days from Purchase. If a credit is to be given, the original carriage charge will not be refunded/credited.
