Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit, and debit cards via the Worldpay secure payment system, and payments via Paypal verified accounts.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling.
We ship all our goods via MyHermes, Royal Mail, and UK Mail.
Royal Mail - All orders placed before the cut off time Monday- Friday, will ship the same day.
UK Mail - All orders placed will ship by the next working day.
MyHermes - All orders placed Monday- Friday, will ship by the next working day.
All orders placed after this time will be processed when possible the same day, if not the following working day.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery is not a trackable service. Although many parcels are delivered next working day, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If your order is urgent, or needed by a definate date, we would strongly recommend using the UK Mail, or Royal Mail special delivery service to avoid any disappointment. Although rare, the Post Office do allow up to 15 days for delivery
Special delivery, and UK Mail services are trackable, and guaranteed delivery dates.
Please be aware that all deliverys are based on working days. Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders Normally we do not offer any sort of backorder facility. The only exception would be for new items, or stock with a definate delivery date.
Unlike many of our competitors, we do not drop ship, nor do we sell items on our website we do not stock.
Our stock levels are controlled automatically via the site, and we make every effort to ensure they are accurate at all times. We do operate a busy shop, so occasionally we may find fast selling items being out of stock.
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
For total security for our customers, all payments are processed via Worldpay, or Paypal secure online payment systems.
All your card details are totally secure.
As we have no access to your card details, it is very difficult for us to correct any errors made, and it is often quicker and simpler to cancel the transaction.
If making payment via RBS Worldpay, please note the following information:
The invoice address matches the address on the card holders statement, and the credit card 3 digit security number is entered correctly.
If you are using either verify by visa, or Mastercard secure code, it will prevent many payment problems if you verify the transaction.
Should you wish to have your order delivered to an alternative address, please ensure both the invoice address, and the Worldpay payment is completed using the card holders address. Failure to do this may result in your order being refused.
Using an alternative delivery address may cause delays in shipping your order due to additional security checks being carried out.
The confirmation/receipt of order email of your order does not constitute our acceptance of your order. This is only an acknowledgement that your requested order has been received.
We currently only accept payment from verified accounts, with confirmed addresses.
If you wish to have your order shipped to an alternative address, please complete both invoice, and delivery page with this address.
Guarantee The company warrants all items for 12 months from date of purchase, further manufacturers warranty may apply. Where products are supported by a manufacturers warranty, the purchaser accepts an obligation to process their claim directly with the manufacturer.
We are unable to guarantee compatability of any products with another. It is the customers responsibility to confirm this prior to purchase.
PC components, and water cooling products are designed to be fitted professionally. We are not liable for any damage, or subsequential damage caused by either incorrect fitment, or leaks.
We highly recommend you carry out a 24/48 hour leak test prior to powering up your PC, and a system is fitted to monitor flow, and system temperatures.
We are liable for replacement, repair, or credit of faulty products.
We are not liable for any other loss or damage caused by the supply of goods, including indirect, or consequential loss.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Directive 2014.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund including the cost of standard delivery**.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of delivery.
**If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
ie. If you purchase a gpu block or motherboard chipset block and have cut & fitted the thermal pads before confirming it is the correct one we will reduce the cost of the reimbursement to compensate for replacing the thermal pads.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any direct fees from the payment facilitator you used as a result of the reimbursement. (This does not include fees from third parties for receiving the money after it is refunded).
You should return the item/s to us within 14 days of notifying us of the intention to cancel the contract under the Consumer Rights Directive 2014.
You should send back the goods to the returns address given on the packing document included with the order.
Return of goods to be without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your wish to cancel this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Items custom made to your specifications or altered to your requirements are non-returnable.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
